I've kept this a bit of a secret.. it's my go-to when I want to have some delicious fats with my lunch or evening meal. Wholefood mayo - such a delight! Amazing with chicken and broccoli as pictured or a tablespoon on the side of your fav nutritious meals. 

Recipe: One free range egg, 250ml extra light olive oil, 2 tsp apple cider vinegar, a few shakes of Himalayan rock salt, a few shakes of garlic powder or 1/4 clove of fresh garlic

Crack the egg into your blender, add the apple cider vinegar, salt and garlic. (Here is the magic component...) turn on the blender and slowly drizzle in your olive oil until the mixture thickens to a delicious mayonnaise texture. Store in the fridge and use within a week (if it'll last that long!)

2 tablespoons of this amazingness and you'll have some fat burning meals at the ready.
