Before our first session, please complete the next 6 steps so you're all set for our journey together:
1. FIND YOURSELF A BEAUTIFUL JOURNAL
One that resonates with you in this moment. Your journal become your anchor and go-to during the time we work together and your reference point once the program finishes
2. YOUR GOALS + UNIQUE JOURNEY
This is without a doubt, the most important part of Reclaim Your Vitality; your goals and why they mean so much to you. Why is it essential that you achieve them? Think of how long you've struggled with finding a healthy lifestyle that works for you.
In a quiet moment of uninterrupted time, find yourself in a space where you feel calm, focussed and clear. For me it's at my desk with my crystals, candles and soft music playing, or the ocean on a sunny day. Find that spaces that makes you feel amazing and allow your heart to open and lead your goal setting. Begin writing at the front of your journal.
In as much detail as you can, write down the main struggle you're going to overcome. How is it affecting your life now and how you'll feel once you've achieved your goal. Use emotive words and language to FEEL your goal, intentions and just how important it is for you to not only achieve your goal, but to live a vital lifestyle free from dieting. A compelling goal will bring you to tears. But don't worry! This is changing because you are here. Now. Reading this.
3. THE WOMAN YOU DREAM OF BEING AND ARE BECOMING
Describe her. How has she Reclaimed Her Vitality? What is she wearing? How does she interact with the people that surround her? Who surrounds her? Describe her in explicit detail so you can picture her vividly in your mind. How does she laugh and smile? How does she make people feel? How does she honour the woman she is? What are her values and intentions? Write a list of words that you feel in your heart and soul that align with the woman you are becoming.
4. WHAT BRINGS YOU PURE JOY?
Write a list of things that make your soul happy, where you break into a beautiful smile and forget about it all. Are there any hobbies you've let fall by the wayside because life got in the way?
5. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF YOU
Email me a typical day in the life of you - I want to learn about your daily routine. What time you wake, the foods you eat, when/if you exercise, any snacks you have, and how many times per week you have alcohol, if any. Then describe for me, a typical weekend day/night.

6. YOUR FOODS: YOUR PLAN
So now, you have your anchor: Your goals and the woman you dream of being and are becoming.
The final piece of this exercise before we talk is your preferred foods.
I want you to think about the foods and meals you enjoy that will nourish your lifestyle to align with your goals.
Think fresh: vegetables and some fruits, some meats and fish, some healthy fats (avocado, coconut cream, peanut butter, olive oil)
These foods, with guidance from me, will become the basis for your daily fuel, in this moment.
We'll continually revise your foods, based on intuitively feeling whats good for you and what you're craving; as we all go through stages of foods and meals we enjoy.
I will never make you eat anything you don't enjoy, because, you will never diet again and I want you to enjoy every meal and snack that crosses your lips. This is YOUR plan and YOUR lifestyle.
That's it! Go forth, journal and honour the woman you're becoming.
